Return Policy for Artisan Gifts & More
At Artisan Gifts & More, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help. Please review our return policy below to understand your options for returns and refunds.
Eligibility for Returns: Items must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date to be eligible for a return or refund. Please let us know at time of purchase if your item is a gift for a later date. We will extend the return time to include your special date.
Condition: Products must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging, with all tags, labels, and accessories included.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at artisangiftsandmore@gmail.com.
Most items are eligible for return, except for the following: Custom merchandise, personalized merchandise, final sale items (e.g., clearance items or intimate items like underwear or swimwear for hygiene reasons) and Gift Cards or digital products.
Proof of Purchase: A valid order number and receipt is required for all returns.
Return Process: To initiate a return, email us at artisangiftsandmore@gmail.com or submit a request through our Contact Us page. Please include your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for the return.
Approval: We’ll review your request for return and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions within 2-3 business days.
Ship the Item: Package the item securely and include the RMA number. Ship the item to the provided return address using a trackable shipping method. Provide us with your tracking information when complete and we will add the information to your file.
Inspection: Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect the item(s) to ensure they meet our eligibility criteria. This process may take 3-5 business days.
Refunds: If your return is approved, we’ll process a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Refunds will include the cost of the item(s), excluding original shipping fees, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or incorrect item).
Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product).
Exchanges:
We offer exchanges for items of equal or lesser value, subject to availability. If you’d like to exchange an item, please follow the same return process and indicate your preference for an exchange. Customers are responsible for shipping costs for exchanges, unless the exchange is due to our error.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items:
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll provide a prepaid return shipping label and either replace the item at no cost or issue a full refund, including original shipping fees.
Please include photos of the damaged or defective item when submitting your request.
