Artisan Gifts & More:
At Artisan Gifts & More, we are committed to delivering your orders promptly and securely within the United States. This Shipping Policy outlines our shipping procedures, costs, and timelines. Please review the details below to understand how we handle shipping for your purchases.
1. Shipping Destinations: We currently ship exclusively to addresses within the United States, including all 50 states, Washington, D.C., and U.S. territories (e.g., Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands).
We do not ship to international destinations, P.O. boxes, or APO/FPO addresses at this time. 

2. Shipping options and costs: We offer the following shipping options, which are displayed at checkout based on your order and delivery address:
Standard Shipping: Items in stock will ship within 2 business days and are billed at current USPS rates (identified at checkout). You may chose to upgrade shipping as shown at checkout, and again it is billed at current rates for your item. 
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order, unless a flat rate or free shipping promotion applies. Orders with more than one item will receive the lowest shipping cost possible for the total size of your package (not billed as individual shipping fees). 
Free shipping may be offered for orders meeting a minimum purchase threshold. Promotions will be clearly indicated at checkout.
3. Order Processing: In stock orders are typically processed within 2 business days from the time of purchase, excluding weekends and major U.S. holidays.
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped. Personalized items and/or custom requests may require up to 2 weeks to be made and shipped. You will receive a timeline when you place your order so that you'll know what to expect.               

4. Delivery times and options:
Delivery times depend on the selected shipping method and your location:
Standard Shipping: [e.g., 5–7 business days after processing]

Overnight Shipping: [e.g., 1-2 business days after processing]
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
5. Shipping Carriers: We partner with trusted carriers such as [e.g., USPS, FedEx, UPS] to deliver your orders.
Once your order is handed off to the carrier, delivery is subject to their terms and conditions. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.
6. Address Accuracy: You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Artisan Gifts & More is not liable for delays, lost packages, or additional costs due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
If an order is returned to us due to an undeliverable address, you may be responsible for additional shipping fees to resend the order.
7. Lost or Damaged Shipments: Lost Shipments: If your order does not arrive within [e.g., 10 business days] of the estimated delivery date, please contact us at artisangiftsandmore@gmail.com. We will work with the carrier to locate your package or provide a replacement or refund, at our discretion.
Damaged Shipments: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund per our Return Policy page.
8. Order Tracking: Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package directly through the carrier’s website or by contacting us at artisangiftsandmore@gmail.com.
9. Restrictions: Certain products (e.g., hazardous materials, oversized items, or perishable goods) may have specific shipping restrictions or additional fees. These will be noted at checkout.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders if shipping to a particular address is not feasible.
